An intimate London wedding with champagne, laughter, and a dash of rain


Some weddings are grand, loud, and all about the spectacle. Katya & Paul’s day at the iconic Marylebone Old Town Hall was the complete opposite — and honestly, that’s exactly what made it so special. With just their closest friends, it felt more like a gathering of loved ones than a formal wedding.


The ceremony itself had all the charm Marylebone is famous for — elegant wood-panelled rooms, a touch of old London glamour, and those famous steps outside for photos. Once the “I do’s” were done, we all headed to Regent’s Park, champagne and cake in hand.


Now, London weather being London weather, the rain decided to join us. But instead of spoiling things, it made the day even more memorable. Katya & Paul shrugged it off, shared a laugh, and tucked themselves under a tree to toast their marriage. Cake in one hand, glass of bubbles in the other — it doesn’t get more London wedding than that.


What I loved most was how relaxed it all felt. No stress, no rigid schedule, just two people celebrating their love with the people who mattered most. It was intimate, it was fun, and it was so them.

Plus, being just minutes from Regent’s Park and the buzz of Marylebone High Street makes it perfect for relaxed photo sessions and celebrations nearby.
