Venetian charm, ice cream trucks, and a day full of love
When Anchal & Chiraag told me they’d be having their registry wedding at Moor Park, I knew we were in for something special. This Hertfordshire gem isn’t just a golf club — it’s a Grade I listed mansion that feels like it was lifted straight from Venice and dropped in the English countryside. The perfect mix of history, elegance, and a touch of grandeur.
The day began with Anchal’s bridal prep right on site in the Moor Park apartments. Having everything in one place takes away so much of the stress, and it meant I could capture those candid little moments — laughter with her bridesmaids, last-minute adjustments to the dress, and her dad and granddad proudly walking her down the aisle.
The ceremony itself was elegant and emotional, with just the right amount of happy tears. And then came one of my favourite moments — the arrival of the ice cream truck. Yes, nothing makes wedding guests (and photographers!) sprint like free ice cream, and I loved catching everyone lining up like kids on a summer holiday.
What makes Moor Park so good for weddings like this is its versatility. The mansion’s Italian-style interiors bring all the drama you could want for portraits, while the sprawling grounds give everyone space to relax and celebrate. It’s a place where a heartfelt ceremony can flow straight into pure fun without missing a beat.
