A winter wedding in London filled with energy, elegance, and a dazzling zafeh entrance
If there’s one thing I’ll never forget, it’s the energy of a Lebanese wedding. And Lana & Abdulah’s celebration at the luxurious Sheraton Grand Park Lane in London was a perfect reminder of why these weddings are always unforgettable.
It was December — crisp, cold, the kind of London day where you keep one eye on the sky and cross your fingers for sunshine. Luckily, we got just enough of it to sneak into Green Park for a beautiful photo session. With soft winter light filtering through the trees, Lana and Abdulah laughed their way through portraits that looked every bit as warm as they felt together.
Their celebration wasn’t about ceremonies — the official part had already happened — but it didn’t matter one bit. The focus here was family, friends, and one incredible party. And of course, the highlight: a zafeh entrance so loud, joyful, and exhilarating that you could feel the beat of the drums in your chest.
Working alongside my good friend Andrei from Andrei Weddings, we captured every detail of this stylish London evening: the grandeur of the Sheraton ballroom, the sparkle of the chandeliers, and a dance floor that never once stood empty.
A wedding like this is proof that you don’t need sunshine or ceremonies to make memories. All you need is a room full of people ready to celebrate love in the biggest way possible.
